At Don Gastronom, we provide you the best in the two distinctive types of Spanish ham: Jamón Serrano and Jamón Ibérico. We have selected the finest cecinas and cold cuts (chorizo, salchichón, lomo…).

serrano
Spanish Serrano Ham Reserva and Gran Reserva
Made from the landrace breed of white pig. It approximately weights 7kg. The curation time for Reserva is more than 12 months, for Gran Reserva is more than 15 months.
iberico
Spanish Iberian Ham Campo and Acorn
Made from the landrace breed of Iberian pig. Campo approximately weights 7kg and Acorn weights around 8kg. The curation time varies from 18 to 36 months.

Cured Dry Beef Cecina of León
Cecina is salt-cured, air-dried beef, and is truly a delicacy of Spain.

Cured Dry Horse Cecina
This cecina is cured horse meat, which comes in pieces between two and three kilos in weight. Despite having been salt cured, this cecina is sweet.

Chorizo is made by grinding the pork and marinating it in spices, spanish paprika is the main spice which gives chorizo its particular flavor. Sarta is a chorizo-style sausage which is great for slicing by hand for snacks, picnics and sandwiches.
lomo
Cured Loin Embuchado and Iberian
Dried pork meat product made from whole white or Iberian pork loin with the fat removed, marinated (with salt, garlic and paprika), stuffed into a natural pork casing and cured.
fuet
Fuet Extra
Thin, cured, dry sausage of pork meat in a pork gut.
llonganissa
Longaniza del Payés
Made from fresh lean meats. After mincing the meat, it is spiced and cured traditionally.
iberian salchichon
Iberian Cular Salchichón
This iberian sausage is made from a selection of iberian lean pork, seasoned with salt and spices. Ideal for tapas.
