jamón
Spanish ham, or jamón, is one of the world’s gastronomic treasures. Today Spain is the world’s leading producer and consumer of ham (every Spaniard eats nearly 5 kg of ham a year). Our catalog includes Serrano and Iberian hams from all of Spain’s ham-producing regions. Our Iberian ham, also known as “jamón iberico”, is considered to be one of the finest in the world. It comes from the native Spanish Iberian pigs and is only produced in south and south-western Spain.
aceite
Spain produces more extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) than any other country in the world and the South of Spain is virtually defined by olives. Virgin olive oil is a vital ingredient in Spanish cuisine and the Mediterranean diet. There are different varieties of olives and olive oil, as well as differing grades or quality of olive oil. We offer a large variety of unique oils that are as distinctive and diverse as the Spanish olive varietals (picual,  hojiblanca and arbequina), climates and regions.
aceitunas
Table olives have been part of everyday life in Spain since ancient times. Whether green or black, pitted or stuffed, in brine or seasoned, Spain is the world’s leading producer of natural, healthy and extremely tasty olives. The most common types of Spanish table olives are the Manzanilla (which translates from Spanish as ‘little apple’), Gordal (delicious green olives as big as quails eggs), Hojiblanca, Verdial, and Cuquillo.
vino
If you had to summarize Spanish wines in a single word, it would have to be “value”, you simply get much more for your money with Spanish wines as a whole than you do from any other New World or Old World wine producing country. Spain has a long history of producing fine wines, particularly the red wines of Rioja. Surprisingly, however, this famous name is just one small region among many (such as Ribera del Duero, Priorato, Toro) some of which produce equally good wines.
queso
Simple but delicious, devotees of cheese will find more than a hundred different varieties in Spain. Every region has its own specialty, covering a full range of cheese types, from fresh to cured and fermented to blue-veined. It is one of the vital ingrediants in Spanish cuisine. There are cream cheeses such as Torta del Casar, blue cheeses such as Cabrales or La Peral and aged cheeses such as Manchego or Ibérico.
