Part of Mediterranean culture since ancient times, our ancestors experimented with preserving quince fruit in sugar until they obtained quince paste. Today, we still make it artisanally, guided by a family that, since before 1993, used to make it in their small confectionery. Made without any preservatives or colorants, with more fruit than sugar and using only top-quality selected fruit, this quince paste is not only delicious but also a rich source of fiber.
