Pyrenees Mountain Honey
A honey with a lot of character, a result of the wide variety of wildflowers that grow at an altitude of over 1000 meters. It is rich in enzymes, with a floral aroma and a clear malty component (toasted cereal), intense and moderately persistent. Sweet taste with clear salty notes. In the aftertaste, the intensity and persistence of the malted notes increase. Dark amber color.
